Let us help you bring your perfect wedding day vision to life. We'll take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
Included in the cost of your booking is day of overnight couple accommodation, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, professional coordinating services, as well as a two-hour rehearsal spot Friday prior to the wedding.
Saturday Weddings: $5,700
12 o'clock arrival the day of until 11 o'clock the following day. A 4:30 guest invite time for a 5 o'clock ceremony. Music turns down at 10 o'clock and the event is over at 11.
Sunday Wedding: $5,200
1 o'clock arrival the day of until 11 o'clock the following day. A 3:30 guest invite time for a 4 o'clock ceremony. Music turns down at 9 o'clock and the event is over at 10.
Hosting a more intimate wedding?
For a guest list of 26 to 50, a Saturday wedding is $5200, a Sunday wedding is $4700
If your guest list is 25 or less Saturday wedding is $4,700 Sunday wedding is $4,200
Staffing is a requirement, one staff member per 25 guests. Staffing cost is $200 per staff member, along with is a recommended $50 gratuity.
Our bartenders are available for a rate of $200 per bartender. If your bar consists of only beer, wine, champagne, and maybe a signature cocktail only one is required. If you bring us a full bar then two are required to keep up with the crowd.
You provide the alcohol we provide the bartender(s). This is not negotiable to many outside bartenders ruined it by drinking while serving and it is no longer allowed.
We also provide centerpieces if you are interested. The cost is $17 per guest table, each table seats eight guests. We do not charge for the head table or sweetheart table.
You pay us for rentals, such as in plates, silverware, glassware etc. Let us relieve you of the headache of picking up and returning. The cost is $5 per guest.
$1500 deposit will secure the date, this applies to the final balance due 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding date.
